Who I am
I’m Liliana, an ICF-trained coach and a long-time Buddhist practitioner.
I am a trained musician with a BA in Jazz Instrumental Performance and an MA in Cultural Studies. My rich and varied background sets a unique, expansive framework for everything I do.
Today, I am living my second life.
My first life? It was a story of deep misalignment. Outwardly, things were happening: I worked as a copywriter for marketing agencies and private clients, while also teaching drums and performing live. But inwardly, I was desperately craving recognition and acceptance, constantly trapped in the feeling of “not being enough”. I was running out of fuel because all my vital energy was spent maintaining a story I was never meant to tell.
My life now is entirely different.
I am telling my own story, creating on my own terms, and building a coaching path where intuitive wisdom meets structured professional tools. I perform and compose my music free from past fears and old limitations. I use my years of marketing experience to build a business of my own. I am endlessly grateful for every breakdown that led to this breakthrough — and I am fully open to whatever lies ahead.
