Every transformation has a beginning

Hi, I'm Liliana Zieniawa

For the past ten years, I’ve lived several lives at once — copywriter, online marketing specialist, musician, and music teacher. In its own magical way, each of these experiences led me exactly to where I am now.

Well… that was a lot to handle, right? On the outside, it looked great. A stable day job, music on the side, a steady career, and growing recognition. I even moved to Berlin, living there for 4 years to expand my musical journey. It was the kind of city that feels like ultimate proof you’ve finally made it.

Then, burnout crashed it all at once.

I had to stop, but I couldn’t fully let go.

I didn’t burn out because I worked too much. I burned out because of deep misalignment.

That’s where my transformation started. Right in the middle of absolute chaos.

What followed was almost three years of inner work that I didn’t exactly choose, but couldn’t avoid either. It wasn’t easy at the start. There was resistance — a lot of it. There were parts of myself I didn’t want to look at, shadows I’d spent years avoiding.

Slowly, I learned how to tap into my inner wisdom and trust my intuition again. How to teach my body to feel a new story, not just think it. How to build a new identity — not by trying harder, but by becoming someone who didn’t need to compromise anymore.

Bringing back real peace required radical acceptance.

It meant redefining what self-love actually means — not as a slogan, but as a daily practice. I began to understand that every setback was never a punishment; it was a lesson waiting to be integrated. I began to understand my purpose, my power, and my past — seeing it not as something to escape, but as something to embrace.

I learned to live from vision, instead of from fear. And I learned to embrace being human in all its brilliant colors — the happiness and the sadness, the peace and the struggle — without needing to fix or hide any of it.

Today, I am an ICF-trained coach currently completing my formal accreditation.

My purpose now is to share what I have integrated, and to walk alongside those who are doing their own version of this profound work. I am here to build a community around it. To create, to inspire, to live and express myself freely — and to show you what is actually possible once you stop outsourcing your power.

If you are reading this, let me remind you: you were given your specific challenges because you already possess exactly what it takes to move through them.

I’d love to help you find that out for yourself.
